Message	The design of the OP is more thought out. The runners offer more even distribution, better throttle response, wider power band, less lag. The tank stores the available energy the engine can digest. The design you posted will offer more top end power, but that is all. It will have poor throttle response, uneven distribution, poor low end poor and lag.
